Orders & Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently offer home delivery across Pchelnik, Byala and Obzor. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific address, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our online store and check out securely. Alternatively, contact us by email at radkovsevdalin36@gmail.com and we will arrange your order manually.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We offer same-day and next-day delivery depending on your location and the time your order is placed. Contact us to confirm availability and arrange a convenient delivery time.

How are fresh products kept cold during delivery?

Fresh and chilled products such as dairy, yogurt and fresh produce are carefully packed with insulated packaging to maintain the correct temperature during transit.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is currently no minimum order requirement. We want to make organic food accessible to everyone.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes โ€” you are very welcome to collect from any of our stores in Pchelnik, Byala or Obzor. Please contact us in advance so we can have your order ready.

Products & Quality

Are all your products certified organic?

Yes. Every product we sell carries EU Organic certification, independently verified as grown or produced without synthetic pesticides, GMOs, artificial fertilisers or harmful additives.

Where do your products come from?

We source from certified organic farms across Bulgaria and Europe. Wherever possible we prioritise Bulgarian producers to support local farming and minimise food miles.

Do your products contain allergens?

Allergen information is listed on each product page and on product packaging. If you have a specific allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each product page clearly indicates dietary suitability. Look for the vegan and vegetarian tags on individual product listings.

What does raw or unpasteurised mean?

Raw or unpasteurised products have not been heat-treated, preserving their natural enzymes, vitamins and beneficial compounds. Not recommended for pregnant women, very young children or immunocompromised individuals without medical advice.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, though orders that have already been prepared or dispatched may not be possible to cancel.

My order hasn't arrived โ€” what should I do?
