Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.

Delivery

We offer home delivery across Petrich, Byala and Obzor. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Full details are set out in our Delivery page.

Product information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in appearance, weight or packaging may occur. All our products are EU Organic certified. Nutritional information is provided as a guide and may vary slightly by batch. Allergen information is listed on each product page — if you have an allergy or intolerance, please check carefully before ordering.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to AYRIE EOOD and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYRIE EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by these terms.
