Refund and returns policy

At AYRIE BIO FOOD we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If something is not right, we will do everything we can to make it right. This policy is in accordance with your rights under Bulgarian and EU consumer law.

Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at radkovsevdalin36@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions to the right of return

Please note that the following products cannot be returned under EU consumer law due to their perishable or hygiene-sensitive nature:

  • Fresh produce, dairy, bread and other perishable food items
  • Sealed food products that have been opened after delivery
  • Products that have been consumed or partially consumed

Non-perishable sealed products (such as dry goods, honey, oils and packaged snacks) may be returned within 14 days provided they are unopened, in original condition and in original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and, where possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit at no cost to you.

Refund process

Once your return has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at radkovsevdalin36@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
